When will my basket be shipped?
If you ordered your gourmet gift basket before 3:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, your gift will ship the same day.
When will my gift basket arrive?
When you select your basket you will have to make a shipping choice and your basket will be shipped accordingly.
Where will my gift basket ship from?
All of our gourmet gift baskets ship from our very own Florida gift baskets facility where they are hand packed right before shipping to arrive in the best condition possible. All of our fresh fruit baskets and deluxe wine baskets will ship fresh from California with no delivery on Mondays to ensure freshness.
How will my basket arrive?
When it arrives, your gift basket will be in a shipping box specifally selected for the basket you chose. Every basket is carefully packaged so that it will arrive in the same pristene condition that it leaves here and will not suffer from reasonable handling or temperature extremes.
What if there is no one home to receive delivery?
If there is no one available when a delivery attempt is made, it is up to the delivery driver's discretion to either leave an attempt to deliver notice or try to leave the package in a descrete area or with a neighbor. Drivers are not obligated to leave the package unattended if they are not certain it will be safe.
Why should I create a customer account?
Creaing a customer account is just an easy way to make your future gift basket shopping experience a little easier. The information you provide will not be shared with anyone other than our own small family of companies (Wine Basket Village, Christmas Basket Village, Gift Basket Village). The email address you provide during the account creation process will receive minimal emails regarding earlybird holiday sales and new product information and will not be abused in any way.
What happens if I provide a bad delivery address?
If the address you provide during your checkout process needs to be corrected you will encure the charges enforced by the shipping company. These charges usually amount to $20.00 for a bad address that the driver can correct and usually result in delayed delivery.
