With shipping costs being a bigger concern every week, we have developed a strategy to allow us to offer the lowest price possible for UPS Ground on any of our gourmet gift baskets.

If ever you find UPS Ground shipping costs for an identical item* to be lower than what you paid at Gift Basket Village, we will once again be happy to refund the difference.

To file any claim please contact Customer Service at (800) 563-8890 within 10 days of your original order date and be prepared with the following: Your original Gift basket Village order number, order date, any tracking information and the location of the lower price you have found. Once we have all the information we need we will quickly make a determination and credit your card.
